Results & Highlights
Plenty of BRC boats advanced to final rounds, and both eights delivered impressive results:

- Women’s 8+: 7th overall and winners of the B Final in a thrilling showdown
“I was very pleased at how well the BRC rowers represented our club this weekend,” said Head Coach Tyler St John.
“Each rower and crew locked in when it was time and saw the results of their hard work. With 70% of our rowers just starting the sport in the last six months, their growth has been incredible. Our veterans are guiding the way and building a powerful team culture — it’s very exciting.”
Team Behind the Team
Coach St John also gave high praise to assistant coaches Bryce Gordon, Thomas Gordon, and Kaitlyn Henry, noting their dedication to athlete development and club growth:
“These three have dedicated their time to the development and betterment of the kids, and you can see it every day. Their presence is invaluable — especially during this period of rapid regrowth.”
The weekend also saw an outstanding show of support from BRC families, who took top marks as the loudest and proudest cheer squad on the sidelines!
Next Up: Henley!
With momentum building, the BRC is now setting sights on the Royal Canadian Henley Regatta, taking place August 3–10 in St. Catharines.
Stay tuned as our rowers take to the water once again to represent Brockville on the national stage!
